Job Description
- Take ownership for the co-ordination, investigation, and documentation of customer requests, issues, and problems.
- Will be the primary point of contact for the customer.
- Ensures that correct resolutions are discovered and involves appropriate parties in resolving problems when needed.
- Perform incident notification and escalation
- Perform follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develops and maintains product knowledge, business, and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses.
- Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of Remedy (incident tracking system), Central Support Knowledge Base and of the help desk's procedures and business environment.
- Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance and is receptive to constructive feedback.
- Work independently and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
- Develop and maintain technical skills and understanding of the CIO Technology Services Help Desk
- Good attendance and is ready to work on time everyday
- Willingness to work overtime and varying hours as required
- Demonstrates understanding of the customer's business needs and is able to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Work with others on own team and external groups to build relationships and quickly resolve escalation issues when they arise.
- Shares information and knowledge required for the team to be successful.

Accenture India is looking for candidates with the following eligibility criteria for its development centers in India (IT Help desk)

Educational Qualification Any Graduate passed out in 2005/2006 with a very good command over English.
