Designation Associate Technology C++

Primary Responsibilities:

Learning new technologies and applying this knowledge to implement and maintain systems for our clients.
Working as part of a project team to develop, test, support and maintain business and critical applications (based on client requirements / project specifications).
Analyzing requirements, Designing, Developing, Maintaining to the requirements.
Investigating and fixing problems that may arise in current / new applications, implementing functional enhancements and monitoring applications to ensure stability and optimal performance.
Ability to support a track / module of work with limited oversight from the track lead

Secondary Responsibilities:

Contributing to the growth & development of the technical community by training others, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Contributing to the office by helping with various activities / initiatives for the company or other project teams
Desired Profile Primary Responsibilities:

Education

Degree: Bachelor's degree required

Discipline: 4+ years of education required, Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field desired.

Experience

Years of Experience: 2 - 4 years with 2 years of relevant experience in C++ or VC++ MFC.

Project:

Should have worked on IT projects and in a team setting

Design:

Desired: Been part of a Design phase

Implementation:

Required: Done one or more implementation projects OR
Application Management:
Required: Done one or more AM projects
Technology
Proficient in one or more technologies, including but not limited to, C/C++, VC++, MFC, COM.
Proficient in one Relational Database - Oracle, SQLServer.
Basic-proficient on UML (Understands and can apply UML).
