HSC with 6 months of work experience/ Fresh Graduate
Good Written communication skills
Open to flexible hours, night shifts.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and databases.
Proficiency with PC workstations, e-mail clients.
Job Profile:
Solving customer queries by providing technical support through chat and e-mail.
To monitor on a day to day basis the incoming tickets
Adding of customer data to the tool, ensuring the data is accurate and appropriate.
