* Responsible for daily website updates and maintenance.
* Monitoring and optimizing page download/rendering speeds.

Desired Profile
* Proven expertise in hand-coded web design and production.
* Expert with HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript & the DOM.
* Bonus points for XML, XSL, XSLT, XMLHttp
* Mastery of W3C web standards and specifications.
* Solid understanding of browser compatibility issues.
