Job Description
Monitor various components of the customer's global network
Manage operations from offshore, tracking the equipment status and resolving the issues raised.
Manage global employee VPN connection and voice issues
Set up mechanisms in place to monitor alarms that are raised
Analysis and classification as Critical, Major, Minor, NormalIf an alarm warrants action, ticket is created in < 3 minutes
Basic diagnostics of all WAN link issues Ch eta naSBasic diagnostics of all server and network equipment alarms

Desired Profile
1. Should have done a course in Networking (CCNA/MCSA)
2. Should have good communication skills .
3. Should have good attitude and be a fast learner.
4. Should have enough maturity to handle critical situations
5. Ready to work for the different time shifts.
