-The desired candidate would be involved in full software/ website development life cycle starting from requirement analysis to testing.

-The candidate must be very proficient in PHP/MYSQL (Hard Core) and must be capable of handling projects independently

- Must have knowledge and capability to handle the full life cycle of a project.

- Knowledge of ASP/. NET would be an added advantage.

- Should have done at least 6-8 projects in PHP & MYSQL & has excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills as he's to interact with US clients on daily basis.

Keep track of the implementations of the suggestions.

3.Business process review (BPR) (Annual activity)

Prepare BPR Documentation & raise the configuration Change requests
Update the configurations and developments done for Business requirements
Obtain Sign Offs from Business Process Owners for BPR
All above activities should be carried out under the supervision of Consultant

4.End user satisfaction survey (Six monthly activity)

To prepare survey plan and to communicate to all end users
To prepare the survey documentation
To execute the survey activity in a phased manner in all business segments. Each business segment should be covered minimum once in every year
Collect, Collate and compile the survey documents and prepare report
Initiate actions in the highlighted areas where improvement is required.

5.IT Control Policies & Procedures:

1.Strictly adhere to the IT Policies and Procedures as decided and approved by management.
