TESTING : Sr. Test Engineers / Test Specialists / Test Leads / Test Manager
Candidates should have working exp in Load Runner, Silk Test, Silk Performer, rational test Suite, Astra LoadTest/ QTP. Product testing on Windows / Linux, Embedded testing - Audio/Video platforms, Real time systems, Test automation, Scripting using Perl/Tcl, Unit Testing -RT RT

JAVA/J2EE : SSE / Module Lead / Tech Lead / Project Manager
Candidates should have working exp in OOAD, UML, EJB, JSP, Servlets, XML, Core Java, Struts, Hibernate, Applications Servers, preferably BEA Weblogic etc.

.NET : SSE / Module Lead / Tech Lead / Project Manager
Candidates should have working exp in .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, BizTalk, MS Content Mangement Server, MS Sharepoint Server, MS Office 2007 Integration, MS CRM, Axapta, Navision etc.
