Job Description
Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
You need to ensure that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specs and the all the members of the team are performing as per the standards.
Oversee the QC function of the project
Provide training to new team members
Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues.
