Job Description
New Hire Orientation
Handling HR related employee queries in assigned processes.
Handling any employee issues arising on the floor
Closure of full and final settlements
Issuing of confirmation letters
Issuing of joining letters (appointment letters)
Handling Termination of employees
Handling of payroll and salary for assigned processes
Issuing certificates
Tracking leaves of employee for assigned processes
Monthly headcount exercise
Ensuring EDB is up2date.
Candidate Profile :
Should have a prior experience of working in a generalist HR profile , preferably in a BPO , for at least 6 months.
Should be willing to work in shifts.
Should possess excellent knowledge of MS-Excel
Preferably MBA HR
