Key role: Provide Application Support to customers by researching & resolving technical issues and providing instruction and creative problem solving to application of product to software testing & network monitoring. Communicate with customers, research & troubleshoot issues to determine the cause, and deliver solutions or workarounds. Assist customers in installing and testing new versions of software products. With the highly technical nature of our products, excellent troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for understanding complex technical concepts are required.
