Roles and Responsibilities: J2EE,WEBSPHERE,J2EE,WEBSPHERE
Skill & Job Requirements: Skills and Experience Required.

Experience 2 to 4years.

You should have hands-on experience in development/design of J2EE applications. Should have in depth knowledge on J2EE application servers. Must have done application development on Struts, EJBs and should have handled client interactions. Should be able to pick up expertise in various tools while developing software programs .Should have good design capabilities on either Rational Rose or Togather and must be aware of common design problems & best practices.Good communication skills are a must. Mandatory skills

1.J2EE , Java , HTML ,XML ,JSP ,Servlet ,Java Beans

2.EJB 2.0 coding of local and remote interfaces,deployment descriptors,and implementing them in Websphere App Server

3.Struts Framework coding as per the framework (config files,action classes,form beans,dyna beans,business delegates)

4.Application Server : Websphere 5.0

5.Database : Oracle 8.1.7

6.OOAD Concept classes, objects

7.Websphere Application Developer Tool 5.0

Qualification : BE / BTech

Experience : 1 to 2 YEARS

Skills : Roles and Responsibilities;

You would be responsible for developing J2EE applications based on clients requirement specifications, preparing the technical design document, creating prototypes, analyzing and identifying performance bottle-necks, providing technical and user documentation and training to client, providing relevant data to the Module Leader for status reports both internal and to the client team, adhering to the client or project specific quality and documentation standards, preparing test plans and test cases.

Should be comfortable with client interaction
