Job Description
Monitoring the Network, Servers, and Applications of GE Industrial business. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to some extent
Coordinating with various support teams via Chat, Email, Phone Calls to get the issues resolved. Should be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously. http://www.ChetanaS.org
Responding to queries and updating IT teams via chat, Email, Phone
Sending out communication (emails) to the entire business regarding IT Infrastructure related issues. Also communicate with IT Personnel and top management

Desired Profile
B.E/MCA/B.SC graduates with good written and verbal communication skills in English

MCP/MCSA/MCSE or CCNA or Unix Certification
0-24 months of any IT related experience
