CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Assist customers with understanding products and services.
·Identify and resolve customer problems or assign to an appropriate resource.
·Provide customers with account information on issues such as billing, taxes, equipment and returns.
·Document customer interaction information.

The successful candidate should be:·Energetic with a positive attitude and fire in the belly.
·Passionate towards servicing customers.
·Fluent in spoken and written English.
·Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
·Willing to work in night shifts & should have ability to work in a team environment.

Grad / Undergrad or 10+3 diploma holder.

FRESHERS can also apply. SALARY is the best of industry standards.
EXPERIENCE in DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL calling experience will be an added advantage as the salary would be negotiable.
