Job Description
Should have provided Level- 1 support on Cisco routers & switches for at least for one year for an Enterprise Network
Should have understanding of Routing and switching technologies
Should be familiar with the monitoring & trouble ticketing tools like NNM, Service desk
Should be familiar with WAN communication technologies like Low capacity leased line, ISDN, Channelised E1, PRI, E1, E3, STM-1 etc.
Should be familiar with the hardware architecture and configuration aspects of the following series of Cisco routers / switches: 1800, 3500, 3600, 3700, 3800, 4500, 6500, 7200 and 7500
Working knowledge of firewall technologies and relevant reporting tools
Should have good interpersonal & Communication skills
Should have knowledge of ITIL frame work
Should have completed CCNA

Desired Profile
