Job Description
Requirement for BE (Electronics and Telecommunication) / Freshers or upto 6 months experience.
The profile would be Avaya support in Call centre/BPO. The selected candidates would be trained on installation / troubleshooting / support.
The work profile is as follows: *Providing support on AVAYA *Avaya CenterVu installation / troubleshooting / support , Server monitoring. The candidates should have good oral / written communication. Should have self motivated and willing to work in a 24/7 environment. Exposure / experience in telecom would be an added advantage. (NOT a tele-calling / tele-marketing Profile.)
