1.Provide LAN and WAN Administration support using remote management facilities
2.Monitor & manage Switches & Routers across customer networks
3.Manage networking technologies / protocols like IP, Frame Relay, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP
4.Process Work Requests using Call Tracking System
5.Ensure compliance to security Requirements
6. Link monitoring
7. Alarm verification
Desired Profile
1.Excellent communication skills
2.CCNA must with 1-2 years of Network monitoring or basic networking experience.
3.Candidate should be open for 24*7 environments
