Age: 20 to 24 yrs
Qualification: Graduate with Degree/Diploma in HR
Job Profile:
To build a proactive and efficient team for Recruitment Services to overseas clients across the globe, only self-starter, quick learner with high initiative, and committed candidates are needed, who will be put on the job training like:
- Understanding manpower requirements, formation of JD and translating the same into effective AD campaign
- Posting hot jobs on various Job Portals cenclave
- Submission of screened CVs and follow-up
- Organizing Interviews of short-listed candidates
- Follow-up after selection of candidates
- Scouting and Screening CVs to locate suitable candidates as per JDs
- Regular interactions with overseas clients and candidates, etc
Desired Profile:
- Excellent communication skills and PC skills (are a MUST)
- Pleasant personality with ability to work in Team
- Ready to face and overcome any professional challenge
