Job Description

1.Handling Customer Queries
2.Updating MIS
3.Keeping a track on queries , updates received through the system
4.Communicating with Shipper and Consignee through system and voice
5.Advising customer on documentation required
6.Quality check on documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

*Young, dynamic graduates/12th pass with 0-2 years of work experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in Freight Forwarding / courier industry would be an added advantage
* Proficient in MS-Office
