*Must have experience using Agile (XP) methodology for software development

*Excellent knowledge in Microsoft technologies

*3-4 years experience in VB.NET with NUNIT (Test Driven Development)

*Must be familiar with XML, MS SQL 2000

*Experience in Java to implement Java connectors

*Cross language skills with both Java and .Net technologies would be good

*Candidate should be willing to relocate.
