Designation Software Engineer ( Drivers )

Job Description QCT is looking for experienced embedded SW engineers interested in developing software for mobile devices. Specifically, the position involves developing embedded software for CDMA, UMTS, and GSM handsets.

Desired Profile College graduate in a technical discipline with coursework in Operating Systems, Data Structures, Computer Architectures, and familiarity with the C programming language with 2 to 4 years of industry embedded programming experience.

Hardware knowledge, ability to read schematics, debug HW and SW interfaces. Low-level device driver experience a plus. Experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, JTAG and ICE debuggers. Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: embedded development using ARM microprocessors, knowledge of CDMA/UMTS/GSM protocols.
