Designation Commercial / Finance Executive

Job Description

1) Accounting of all financial transactions relating to the Business.
2) Meeting monthly and annual deadlines for completion of trial balance and ledger review.
3) Consolidation of Accounts.
4) Capitalization of Direct Assets
5) Weekly/ Monthly MIS on Fund Flow and Expenses.
6) Adherence to policies/processes and various statutes from time to time.
7) Coordination with statutory/ internal auditors for ensuring audit compliance.
Ensure IUC and ADC accounting is done (both for receivables and payables) on a monthly/quarterly basis (completed with reconciliation from CDR to provisioning)
9) Centralized Processing Payments.
10) Centralized processing of salary & reimbursement payrolls.
11) TDS runs and monitoring and controlling of TDS payments.
12) Ensure all information required for submission of reports and returns to TRAI are provided to the extent available in GL.
13) Monitor and control of unprocessed POS/WOS/GRN/SRN and LVs.
14) Monitoring of Bank Reconciliation Statement of all the payment bank accounts.
15) Coordination with Banking team for funding requirements.
16) Payment of all statutory payments Annual returns for statutory payments etc.
Custodian of Internal Orders, Cost Centers, Asset Codes, GL Master.
Desired Profile Exp : Freshers / 0-2 yrs. Of Exp.


Qualification : CA / ICWA.
