Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
- Content Developing and facilitating pre-process and On- going training programs for technical queues.
- Conducts training needs analysis and monitors and measures the results of training effectiveness
- Delivers training courses in both classroom and side-by-side platforms
- Performs activities related to administering the training program such as maintaining training records, course evaluation results and training equipment
- Adheres to training design and course specifications
- Expertise in Hardware, software and Networking concepts with technical certifications like MCSE/MCDST preferred
- Sound knowledge of ITIL will be an added advantage
Desired Profile Candidates must possess
Exemplary Communication skills both Oral and Written
Excellent Presentation skills
A flair for 'Creativity'
