Job Description

Responsible for all business targets of the territory
Appointment of dealers as per plan
Nurturing of distributors / dealers
Positioning of products to ensure maximum dealer profitability
Suggesting & implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness & visibility
Attending to customers on product complaints
Ensuring institutional sales particularly Hotels & Hospitals
Feedback on customer's requirement with respect to new products
Implement Co. policies for planned market share.
Training of Counter Sales personnel of the Dealers for effective differentiation of Godrej products.
Potential mapping of the market
Ensure day-to-day smooth running of Distributor operations particularly on deliveries as per promise & other dealer related issues.

Essential Experience : 1 to 2 years experience in relevant industry or any other industry with strong multi company dealer management background.
