Job Description
On going Initiatives :
To successfully coordinate with the target audience & external vendors
To coordinate with the internal SPOCs
To consolidate various reports like utilization, effectiveness etc in a pre defined format and frequency.
To collect & collate the feedback of various initiatives.
To handle employee queries from time to time.
To answer to SSD
To audit the initiatives & suggest ways & means of improvement.
To visit all the said facilities from time to time to be with the employees and ensure 100% compliance of the initiatives.
New Initiatives :
To work out modalities of organizing the orientation /introductory sessions in the facilities
To work out all the logistics involved in the same.
To coordinate with internal customers like SPOCs, BU HR/LOB HR, Local Admin and with external vendors(service providers etc)
To educate & create awareness amongst employees about the new initiative.
To give inputs to corp. engagement team in finalizing the base content, logo etc of the said initiative.
To put up all the work station posters , danglers etc in all the facilities.
To give inputs to corp. Engagement team about the 1st hand observation / comments of employees about the initiative & suggest modifications / improvements.
To be the owner of the initiative and ensure the success of the same.
Industry Benchmarking:
To do benchmarking study in the comparable industry & suggest latest trends in Employee Engagement.
To suggest ways & means for improvement in the way of functioning, cost reduction, how to create & measure impact.
Trend Analysis:
To do trend analysis of all the initiatives and in their respective location under various demographics and give inputs on the same.
To make their respective Employee engagement Tracker for the year.
Desired Profile BBA Graduate with 3 to 6 months of expereince in HR Activities.
