Job Description
Monitoring the production system and environment on a continual basis, prepare statistics and raise alerts in case of issues
Documenting and reporting the monitoring details on a timely basis Prepare SLA reports on a daily basis
Support the team in analyzing and recreating the issues reported by customers
Interact with overseas customers to help report and analyze issues
Work as part of 24X7 support team, have to be ready to work in flexible timings including night and public holidays
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge in using computers
Strong knowledge in MSOffice/Open office
Basic concepts of programming
Strong analyticalskills
Good communication skills (Oral & written)
Good interpersonal skills
Call centre experience would be an added advantage
