Job Description:
Overnight support for US based clients from our Hyderabad office Searching and sourcing resumes from various available resources matching and qualifying IT/Non-IT Professional Making calls to IT/Non-IT professionals following up thoroughly with qualified candidates Pre-closing candidates
Desired profile:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1-3 years of Recruiting experience C h et a na S
1+ years of recruiting experience servicing US clients
Knowledge of US clients and the US IT staffing model
Some knowledge of IT/Non-IT technology jargon
Experience talking to IT/Non-IT professionals in the US over the phone
Experience with Email (Outlook), Internet Browsers and resume searching
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are a must
