Soft / Behavioural Skills
Confident, Responsible and high Initiative ; Strong business communication and customer interaction skills; Strong in problem solving and quick in decision making.

Experience: Min 3 yrs, Max 7 yrs

Primary ( Essential ) Technical Skills :- Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Application Server (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML

Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical Skills :-Knowledge of programming (PL/SQL) on any RDBMS. Web Application Server ( Web Sphere, Weblogic ) , EJB, XML

Other Requirements (Non essential) : Banking domain experience.

Proposed Role & Responsibilities :-
Role :- Developer / Sr. Developer / Team Lead / Project Lead / Project Manager etc

Responsibilities :-
Manage / Implement complete SDLC components, in particular physical design, development, and testing. Projects include new business application development, re-engineering existing business applications, migration across platforms / technologies. Lead offshore / onsite team(s) to deliver high customer satisfaction. Clients include world -class Banking / Financial institutions
