The Candidate will be Responsible for Recruiting IT Professionals for different requirements in the Company.
· This opening is strictly for MBA / MSW / MHRM Freshers. Others need not apply
· The Candidates will be introduced to HR recruitment, e-Recruitment, CV scanning, Competency Mapping, offer follow ups, Insight into real IT recruitment scenarios. · Freshers with Interest in Recruitment who can join immediately can apply.
· Good communication skills, Interest in learning new concepts in shorter time span, willingness to accept challenge & pressure, hard Working and Sincere.
· The Candidates should have flare for Recruitment and should be able to serve us on a long-term basis.
· Candidates with short-term plans need not attempt this opening.
