We have Walk-in Interview for JAVA / J2EE on 17-Dec-06 at below mentioned venue.

Landmarks:-
Our office can be reached both through Airport Road as well as Old Madras Road. If you are taking the Airport Road, you have to take a left turn (if you are coming from Airport side) after crossing Marathahalli and the narrow bridge over the railway line. 200 meters from the turn you will get the HLL Office at Brooke fields at the right hand side and another 200 meters from this point your will find Millennium Tower of the left. If you are coming through Old Madras Road, please take a right turn at the crossing of Outer Ring Road with Old Madras Road and proceed through the ITPL Road. Do not take the Outer ring Road at this junction. On the ITPL Road, you have to take a right turn after

400 meters Bimal Auto Agency (a Maruthi Show Room). From this right turn you will have to travel 1.6 KMs to reach Millennium Tower on your right hand side. On the way you will find IFB Industries, Bhoruka Gases and Graphite India Factory etc... all on the right side.

Education :- Engineer / MCA / Post Graduate

Soft / Behavioural Skills :-
Confident, Responsible and high Initiative ; Strong business communication and customer interaction skills; Strong in problem solving and quick in decision making.

Experience: Min 2 yrs, Max 4 yrs

Primary ( Essential ) Technical Skills :-
Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Application Server (Web Sphere / Weblogic), JMS, Rational Rose, UML

Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical Skills :-
Knowledge of programming (PL/SQL) on any RDBMS. Web Application Server ( Web Sphere, Weblogic ) , EJB, XML

Other Requirements (Non essential) : Banking domain experience.

Proposed Role & Responsibilities :-
Role :- Developer / Sr. Developer / Team Lead

Responsibilities :-
Manage / Implement complete SDLC components, in particular physical design, development, and testing. Projects include new business application development, re-engineering existing business applications, migration across platforms / technologies.
