SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
Unix:
3+ yrs of exp in Solaris and AIX administration; Solstice Disk Suite or Solaris Volume Manager; Cluster concepts; AIX LVM concepts
Windows Server:
5+ yrs of exp in Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 server and basic exchange, Administration skills, RAID concepts and configuration, Customer interaction skills and excellent communication.

DEVELOPER
Mainframe Developer:
4+ years experience in Mainframe with Cobol, CICS, DB2 and JCL. Should have worked on DB2 in all the projects
Oracle Developer:
2+ yrs of exp in Oracle PL/SQL or Oracle Forms & Reports, Data modeling, Erwin. Good exp with UNIX shell scripting.
Web Developer:
At least 3 yrs of experience in ASP 3.0, VB 6.0, Java Scripting, SQL, HTML, CSS, and IIS. Must have a min of 2+ yrs exp in ASP 3.0che tanas
Lotus Notes:
3+ yrs of exp in Lotus Domino with min 1 year of exp on web based applciation and javascript.

DATABASE ADMINISTRATION
Oracle DBA:
2-8 yrs of exp in Oracle DBA, Backup & Recovery, Tuning, scripting and Remedy.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Hyperion:
3+ yrs experience in Hyperion (to be able to craete, monitor, publish and schedule reports) and should have good knowledge of HPSu Administration. Good experience in Java Script, SQL, Stored procedures, Error handling and datawarehousing skills.

ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
SAP Work Flow:
3+ yrs of exp in ABAP development with at least 2 yrs of SAP workflow exposure, workflow system Monitorning, analyze workflow errors, restart workflows, fixing production bugs and providing on-call Support for live SAP R/3 v4.7 production systems. Responsible for workflow enhancements and testing.

SAP Administration:
2+ yrs in SAP R/3 (Ver 4.5B, 4.6C); Worked extensively in Security Administration profiles; Excellent skills on developing User profiles, User Authentication, System Monitoring, and Move To Production Tasks (MTP), roles creation, working on PD profiles, user groups

Peoplesoft HRMS V8.8:
3+ yrs of exp in HR, Payroll Interface, Base Benefits & Administration, PeopleTools, Application Designer/ Engine, Data Mover, Component Interface, Peoplecode, Business interlink, Portal, Process Scheduler, Security, SQR, Unix, Tax updates, patches and fixes. Experience in integration broker, Multi Channel Framework, Iscript, EIP, Enterprise Warehouse would be a big plus.
