Opportunity for Young HR Professionals
With almost 40k people consisting of 7 Businesses and 15 Manufacturing sites, Reliance Industries Limited has many "Firsts" in Innovation in HR initiatives, particularly in the Manufacturing Sectors.
To support high growth, manage transitions / change and implement State of Art next generation systems and process, the Company is now looking to recruit ambitious young HR professionals (ideally MBA's with 3-6 years' of strong HR experience) and exposure in any of the following area:
Performance Management (Balance Score Card)
Compensation & Reward Planning
Job Evaluation
Talent Acquisition & Management
HR Operations
Training & Development
