Job Description:
Responsibilities: - As Manager - Talent Transformation (TT), you would be responsible for conducting Training Need Identification, devising the Training Calendar and conducting / organizing the Trainings. The training programmes to be organized will be both Technical and Behavioral Trainings. You would also be required to lead certain training programs yourself as faculty. In Knowledge Management (KM), you will be responsible for getting employees to upload documents and increase the KM usage amongst employees. Conducting COP and organizing special technical sessions will be a part of the responsibility. Chat sessions will need to be organized for the benefit of all employees.

Candidate Profile: Education: - MBA (HR) or equivalent degree.
Experience: - 3-5 Years.
Competencies: -
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years Training & Development experience with an MBA in 'Human Resources' from a premier management institute.
Organizing, presentation, communication, influencing, training skills are the basic skills required. This is as there is a mix of organizing and content delivery to the role.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly-motivated and a result-oriented leader with good interpersonal skills, proactive.
Must have extensive experience in front-ending with the management.
Should be an out-of-the-box thinker and a strategist.
