Job Description

Minimum of 6+ months of IT marketing or recruitment experience in IT consulting Services Company.
- The ability to perform full sales life cycle for staffing and IT projects.
- Creatively place our candidates using variety of techniques.
- The candidate should have a thorough understanding of the business processes associated with Sales and Marketing functions within the consulting service industry.
- The desire to work in a fast-paced team environment and is able to multi-task.
- Proven successful sales record in the IT Consulting / Staffing Industry.
- Extensive IT Consulting Services experience in both staff augmentation and project sales.
- Build strong business relationship with all Tier 1 vendors and Mid-level Vendors.
- Initiate and strategize the steps to generate new clients.
- Maintain strong presence with all billable Consultants to generate potential leads.
- Demonstrate ability to comprehend technical requirements and disseminate that properly for recruiting team to act on it immediately.
- Possess a keen interest to close all closable requirements within time even if you need to
recruit for a candidate yourself.
- Familiarity with variety of job boards to perform self-recruiting for new hires or for Corp-to- Corp needs.
- Possess excellent written & interpersonal communication skills, self disciplined and maintains a positive attitude.
- Extensive background in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)


Desired Knowledge:

Candidates with strong understanding on Java Technologies, Microsoft technologies, ERP and Datawarehousing will be given preference.
