Job DescriptionRole Purpose: Assist in strategizing for & monitoring the enterprise sales & operational risks mitigation activities.
Organization Context: The AM-RM would play a key role in identifying key operational risks faced by the Company and assist in defining mitigation plans as well as monitoring action against the same. The role will be holistic in nature and will provide opportunities to delve into varied areas of risk management including retail sales risk & operations risk.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Evaluating new risks faced in sales & operations due to the ever-changing environment
2.Building awareness for risk management
3.Assisting in periodic reporting to the management and risk management committee
4.Root Cause analysis of key risks faced b the company and their impact
5.Investigations
6.Identifying fraud scenarios and mitigation plans
