Job Description:
o Develop competence in Adult learning methodology and application in order to create courses that facilitate effective knowledge transfer and retention.
Including understanding different learning styles and problem solving strategies.
To be able to utilise the prior knowledge of the learners to develop courseware that will meet their learning needs.
o Where required be able to conduct formal training needs analysis in order to determine the contents of a course.
o Liase with SME's to facilitate knowledge transfer and quality assurance of LBD, Script and course content
o Liase with the client to ensure LBD, Script and course content achieve their stated objective.
o Create an technical writing standards document for each client/ project.
o Following internal processes to create and quality assure training briefing forms/learning briefing forms based upon client requirements

Candidate Profile:
Should be a Graduate with good flair for writing.
Should have a strong communication skills.
Should have basic knowledge of computers.
