NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTRE (NOC)

SERVICE QUALITY ARCHITECTS: 8+ yrs in providing high service availability, Technical architecture, Process Standardization. Extensive knowledge in Solaris or Red Hat Linux OS, BEA Web Logic server's deployments with Oracle database SQL knowledge. Exposure to Network Design & Implementation.

NETWORK ENGINEERS: Engineering Graduate with 4+ years exp in networking (WAN/LAN) technologies, CCNP/CCNA certifications, practical knowledge of TCP/IP on call support.

SR. UNIX SYSTEMS ADMIN: 8+ years exp in Solaris & Red Hat OS, SMTP, SMNP, LDAP, NFS, SAMBA, Veritas Netbackup, Foundation Suite, Cluster Software v2.x, SCSI, Fibre Channel, RAID, I/O, HITACHI or EMC SAN and NAS.

UNIX SYSTEMS ADMIN: 3-4 yrs exp with above skills.

APPLICATION SUPPORT AND ADMIN ENGINEERS: Working in shifts with support exp. Help Desk Support, Transactional Applications, Application Data and Business processes, XML, JSP, HTML, Linux/Tomcat/Apache, JAVA & Oracle PL/SQL.

TELEPHONY SUPPORT ENGINEERS: 4-6 years exp in PBX/Media Gate Ways/ T1 PSTN, SIP, SDP, RTP, H.323, SS7, INAP, VoIP, VoAPM, VoDSL and SCNA/CCNA, MGCP, Asterisk open source, NT, Linux & Unix platform.

LEAD IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER: 3+ Years exp in Apache, HTTP, application servers like Web Logic, TOMCAT, Linux/Unix/Solaris, Oracle Db's and WebEx customized Sw's. Certifications like RHCE/SCSA/CCNA/OCA/certified Web Logic admin will be a plus.

IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEERS: 2-3 yrs exp with the above skills

INDIA DEVELOPMENT CENTRE (IDC)

PORTAL DEVELOPMENT: The WebEx enterprise portal objective is to provide self-service capabilities to its customers, partners, sales, support & finance and interfacing with Remedy, Primus, and Pivotal applications.

SR. DEVELOPERS: 5-7 yrs exp. Exposure to Enterprise Portal Solution with BEA Portal products (Web Logic, IBM Websphere). Knowledge of OOD methods, SOA, Shared Web Services using J2EE standards in Web Technologies D/HTML, CSS, EJB, XML, XSLT, Jscript & Apache, IIS. Java, JSP, PHP, PERL with oracle and SQL databses.
JR. DEVELOPERS: 2+ yrs exp with the above skills.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPERS: 4+ yrs development exp on Windows & Unix platform. HTML/XML/XSL/ASP/JSP/SQL Server, Oracle 8i/9i, ETL Tools, cognos series 7, Reportnet Framework Manager, Transformer, Visualiser, Powerplay, Impromptu, and Query Builder.

WEB DEVELOPERS: Web Designer/ Developer with XHTML & CSS design exp, PHP, ASP, JavaScript, MySQL, Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, UI, Prototype Design, Development & maintenance

FRENCH AND GERMAN TECHNICAL WRITERS: Proofread and edit WebEx's product UI, documentations including manuals, on-line help, faqs, release notes, training, marketing, and sales related documents within project deadlines from English to French, English to German using TRADOS & localisation glossary.
ORACLE FINANCIAL/ DBA (Oracle Certification is a plus)

SR. ORACLE APPLICATIONS DBA'S: Minimum 5 years exp in 11i Application and at least 8 yrs of DBA experience on Unix platform. Oracle 11i, Oracle 9i, 10G RAC, RMAN, HA, Partitioning, Load Balancing, Backup and Recovery.
ORACLE DBA: 4+ yrs exp as Oracle 8i/9i DBA, Standby Database, Backup and recovery, Oracle partitioning, Performance Tuning, Veritas VxVM, VxFS, Clustering, Quick IO configuration Oracle Designer, ERWIN, OEM, Unix Implementation, Database design and development using SQL & PL/SQL

MICROSOFT SQL DBA'S: 3-5 yrs in MS SQL Database Administration, Performance tuning, Backup Recovery, MS Cluster Services, Log Shipping, Transactional Replication, Disaster Recovery, SAN, and ETL tools.

ORACLE TECHNICAL ANALYSTS: 5+ yrs exp as Technical Support and Customer Interaction. Technical knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Troubleshooting Skills, Oracle HRMS modules / Modules on 11i(11.5.8 or higher versions/I Expenses/I Procurement).
