1) Accounts - Assistant

Parent and Subsidiary transactions reconciliations and Accounts Receivable. Accounting work. Other general accounting activity. Data entry and checking in the ERP system
Audit assistance
Coordinating with subsidiaries for inter company expenses and payment.
Making uploads in excel
Bank reconciliations
General accounting work
Invoice generation & revenue recognition
Accounting in ERP
Reconciliations with different reports
Receivable maintenance
Reports to management

Qual required: B.Com (exp: 2-3yrs) / Inter CA (exp: 2-3yrs) / B.Com (exp: 5-6yrs)

2)Accounts Associates

Profile: Invoice processing, INR cheques and FCY payments handling, expense reports and perdiem systems know-how, handle payment side of accounts. IT experience desirable
