Job Description Suggest the candidate to use one or more of the following concepts in their solution:

Platform concepts:

EJB
Multi threading, particularly the use of thread pools
Asynchronous messaging
RMI
Collections
Serialization
Sockets

Technology concepts:

Struts
JDBC
JSP
Beans

Assessment Criteria:

a. If the candidate has demonstrated sound design concepts and has used thread pools or some sort of a multi threaded solution, along with other concepts such as sockets, collections, serialization - then hire the candidate for TRM as an AL2 Platform

b. If the candidate does not use multi threading, and uses only one server side concept and multiple technology side concepts, then hire the candidate as an AL2 Technology
c. If the interviewer determines that the candidate is not good at writing code, then reject
