- Strong C/C++ / OOP skills
- Strong Linux OR Windows (MFC, CON) skills
- SIP / RTSP / H323 and multi - threading exposure is desirable

Telecom Software Developers / Architects

- Strong C/C+ Linux Skills
- Strong Experience in call center / and call procession domains
- Experience in TDM and IP Telephony products

Automated testing Developers and Architects

- Strong skills in one or more of Silk, Win runner, QTP, Python, Perl & related automation technologies and Frameworks
- Prime Experience of applied testing Framework (Junit, HTTP Unit, XML / Unix, CPPPUnit) in a product development environment
- Desirable : Multi - platform (Win, Unix), Java / C Programming and Shell cripting
