Role and Responsibilities :
Co-ordination between the clients as well as the candidates.
Sourcing (through all the variable sources available) of candidates through Job Site/Advertisements/References as per the Job Profile and Head hunting, if required.
Screening (Telecon's, Interviews etc) and Short-listing profiles for technical interviews as per requirements at the initial level.
Conducting HR interviews for assessment of soft skills of candidates.
Maintaining a database of all the requirements of professional candidates by using Internal Software.
Planning, coordinating and executing head hunting process.
Independently work on requirements.
Maintaining a comprehensive data bank of all software professionals with varied background.
Scheduling the Interviews and confirming it to the respective Technical Panel and the candidates.
Identifying the right candidate to suit various requirements.
Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.
Experience in different facets of recruitment from junior levels to senior.
