Designation Lead Specialist - Process Review & Control

Roles & Responsibilities:

Review of process and Internal Control design to comment on the adequacy of the same and suggest improvements if any
Identification of the Process Risks (if any) and analysis of the same.
Compliance to Process Documents, Service Level Agreements, adherence to local laws by reading the Process Documents and Conduct walkthrough of the process
Preparation of the Risk Control Matrix and the final report.
Ensuring process controls are in place
Ensure that all department policies and procedures are followed correctly
Maintain a productive relationship with related domain, meeting regularly, to ensure that all goals are being met in the most effective way possible

Qualification: Graduate & CA

Experience 0 - 2 years

Skills:

Attention to detail and accuracy
Good interpersonal skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Involved in a Six sigma projects
Ability to adapt to changes
