Job Description

The process involves chatting with consumers while online to assist with a pass code reset for Online Banking (OLB).?
The agent will either assist the customer and provide direction to self-maintenance, or authenticate the customer to provide a temporary pass code.
Ensure that procedures are adhered to
Ensure that SLAs are met?
Ensure that the transaction is processed accurately

Desired Profile

Candidate must have strong written and oral communications skills. Good Customer Focus.

Ability to muli-task effectively and work well under pressure.

Flexible working in Night Shifts.
