Job Description
To pro-actively seek & develop client accounts new, existing & re-activation
Build & maintain strong relationships with key influencers - To solicit and feedback market practices, trends, pricing etc so that branch can build & maintain competitive edge
To ensure continuous pipeline business for sustainability of branch
To identify new clients with potential, and build these into key accounts by providing total staffing solutions.
To reactivate previous and past accounts.
To work closely with staffing consultants on orders secured and brought in.
To achieve client acquisition and a/c growth targets in accordance to plans
Desired Profile
Business Development experience in contract staffing will be given more prefrence.
People management, product knowledge
Proficient in MS-office
Good presentation and marketing skill
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
Consultative/ influence/ facilitation/ negotiation skills
Candidate Must have his/her own Conveyence.
Candidate should Preferablybe from Service Industry
